Hi, I'm Frankie. I'm a poet, experience designer, game inventor, professor, artist, and improv actor. I have a reputation for getting sh*t done.
I studied design at Cornell University. I earned my M.B.A. from the University of Maryland (my classmates voted me "most energetic"). I was lead designer at the Innovation Hub at Johns Hopkins Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, D.C. for years, where I worked on improving the healthcare experience.
Today I'm executive director of The Good Listening Project, a nonprofit that helps fight burnout in healthcare. But I have difficulty sitting still. Below, you'll find some things I'm passionate about.

"ONLY THE IDEAS
WE ACTUALLY LIVE
ARE OF ANY VALUE."
